COURTNEY ROLLER
Attorney and Counselor at Law

Courtney Roller is a licensed North Carolina attorney and counselor at law. She earned her law degree from Elon University School of Law where she served as president of the Women's Law Association. Prior to law school, Courtney attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a B.A. in journalism and mass communication.
Courtney regularly teaches courses in Family Law and Law Office Management as an adjunct professor and serves on the Board of Directors for a local private school.
She is a former member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Citizen Lawyer Committee and previously served as secretary of the 22B Judicial District Bar Association. She formerly served as chair of the board of directors for Family Services of Davidson County and frequently works with Legal Aid of North Carolina, Inc. to provide representation to underserved communities.
In both 2021 and 2019, Courtney was featured in Business North Carolina magazine as a "Legal Elite" - a listing of the best North Carolina lawyers as voted on by their peers - in categories for Family Law and Young Gun (lawyers under 40).
In 2018, Courtney was admitted to the North Carolina Bar Association's Leadership Academy as one of only sixteen lawyers selected in the state that year. In 2013, she was recognized by the National Association of Women Lawyers for her achievement, motivation and drive.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling with family and volunteering with her favorite service organizations.
Paralegal, Amanda Jordan, is a Thomasville native who joined the Roller Law staff in 2015. She earned her degree in Paralegal Technology in 2011. Amanda is an experienced paralegal in the areas of family law, criminal defense, traffic law and estates - though family law remains her favorite practice area.
Amanda is an active volunteer for non-profit organizations that provide services to children diagnosed with autism and a talented crafter. Her original creations can often be found decorating our office lobby.
On weekends, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
